Chocolate Care

An absolute love for chocolate must have brought you to this page and we are committed to give you the best advice to care for them ! Chocolate is best kept in a cool dark dry place (Air Conditioned to 18- 21°C), often at the pantry in your kitchen or your rooms, so you can stretch your arms and pick one with not much effort. It’s best not to keep chocolate in the refrigerator, which not only will this reduce the flavor but also causes chocolate to condensate and may result in the chocolate blooming. Blooming is the powdery white residue you sometimes see on the top of chocolate. Don’t worry, it hasn't gone bad but you take it far from that perfect taste. Blooming is what happens when the chocolate has been put in conditions where the temperature fluctuates causing the cocoa butter to separate.
